The Hispanic Bicycle League was started through a program called Changing Gears, a project of BIG (Bicycling in Greensboro). Here a second group of bicycle recipients from the program Changing Gears (see below) gathers at the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection where the new La Vela Mission is being developed.
